Tune Into You - A Late Winter Healing Workshop

In this sound healing workshop, you will begin with simple movements and slow flow to warm the body and connect to your breath. Then, you will go deeper with longer held restorative poses using props. Finish with a full hour of Yoga Nidra, engaging your ability to completely surrender. Julie will lead you through the yoga and nidra practices while Karen accompanies with healing sound instruments including crystal and Tibetan bowls, gongs and tuning forks.
